We’re a growing, award-winning, full-service digital studio that creates websites, games, animations, and other innovative advertising solutions for some of the top entertainment and consumer product companies in the world. In fact, just this year we were chosen as one of 12 preferred agencies for a mega technology company. We were also responsible for creating an advergame for a global athletic shoe brand that became “one of the top five online games in the world”.

Your core responsibilities:

    Design rich, usable interactive solutions from concept to completion including: user interfaces, websites, games and animation / motion graphics.
    Perform hands-on production and execution of design solutions.
    Be a senior design team resource and leader on projects with multiple designers.
    Keep in close communication with project team and design department.
    Able to independently perform advanced level design tasks.
    Ability to work individually and as part of a team with Clients, Project Managers, Developers and Producers.
    Provide accurate time, scheduling and scope estimates for bids, proposals and projects.
    Support Lead Designer/Design Director with the nurturing, guidance and training of other designers on the team.
    Aspires to and occasionally perform the duties of Lead Designer/Design Director.

Your qualifications:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    BA, AA, AAS degree or coursework in graphic/web design (or equivalent) required.
    Expert working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including: Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and InDesign.
    Working knowledge of current web technologies including: ActionScript, HTML, CSS & XML.
    Very strong creative concept, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    Strong design aesthetic and well developed knowledge of interactive design issues.
    Ability to complete designs within client guidelines, on time and on budget.
    Excellent writing/verbal communication and time management skills.

You must:

    Know when to work hard and when to have fun.
    Know when to hold ‘em and know when to fold ‘em.
    Have a sense of humor.
    Understand and appreciate the value of collaboration.
    Work well under pressure.
    Find inspiration and motivation when there isn’t a looming deadline.
    Be human.
