Fremont Studios is hosting the 2006 Thread Fashion & Lifestyle Show this Sunday.

Thread brings a selection of over 50 independent fashion & accessory designers from around the country to the savvy and style-conscience men and women of the Northwest in their Seattle debut. You can buy direct from the designers!

Amy Rice will be the featured November artist at Bluebottle Art Gallery. Her paintings are all created on 100 year old shingles made from Northwest cedar trees. The imagery on each shingle is indicitive of the era in which the shingles were made, ie: sheep, rabbits, farmers, etc. Her techniques include stencils and spray paint. Each painting is unique and beautifully crafted.

The opening reception is Saturday, November 4th from 6-8 pm.
