Today I watched a repeat of the 2006 Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest.

Joey Chestnut is an “American Hero” and a “great athlete” according to the ESPN commentary. George Shea, chair of the International Federation of Competitive Eating was quoted as saying “The Fourth of July has been stolen from Americans because of Kobayashi’s dominance and now America has someone they can get excited about.” Let’s hear it for America!!! Woot!!!

Too bad the “Americans” got spanked again by a record-breaking-54-hot-dog-eating Kobayashi representing ALL of Japan, yo!

Now who wants to give props to Japan by going to see Fast and Furious 3: Tokyo Drift with me?

Heh–whenever I mention that movie I get blank stares. Same thing when I mention drifing in the racing games I lurv.

    Folks got no love!

Ne’er mind them! If ye still seek an additional prop-giver, then I stand ready.

P.S. At a nearby hot doggery, a sign as big as a torso proclaims “Add FRY’S to your order for $1.49!”

I almost burned the place down. >:(
